In a word, no. We do not make any guarantees as to how much your bunion will improve when you take this course.
How much your bunion improves will depend on the severity of your bunion, how often you do the exercises and if you change causal factors such as narrow shoes.
Unfortunately not. There are many factors that will determine how much improvement is possible.
Those with early stages of bunion are likely to get better results than those who have had a bunion a long time.
In this course, we use 3 pieces of equipment:
